Our next adoption event is May 4th, 2013 from noon-3pm at Petsmart! - 9934 170th Street, Edmonton AB This event is a special event as it is also falls on the weekend of PetSmart Charities National Adoption weekend. This means that any of our pets that are adopted from that weekend, PetSmart Charities donates to our rescue over and above their normal donation for a completed adoption! Please tell your friends & family to come on down and say hi - you never know who will find their new forever friend! 500 Feline Adoptions!

BARS has some very exciting news to share, we've recently passed the "500 Mark" for feline adoptions!... Our first adopted cat was Kitty - she was adopted a few days before our society was officially formed. Kitty was a senior gal with not much of a bright future ahead of her however, she was adopted with no fee to a wonderful family in Barrhead. Since Kitty's adoption, we've adopted out several more felines (about 500 more!) and look forward to many more adoptions. We'd like to thank our volunteers and supporters for making this possible and helping so many felines find their forever homes along the way!
